On Monitoring of the implementation of Parish Development Model

Hajjat will be visiting Kaliro District to monitor the implementation of the Parish Development Model (PDM), with particular focus on PDM beneficiaries and the performance of Parish PDM SACCOs. The monitoring team is expected to conduct spot checks and may sample any Parish/Ward, SACCO, beneficiary, or enterprise without prior notice.

It is therefore, imperative that all Officers responsible for PDM implementation remain at their respective duty stations throughout the period of the visit.

Accordingly, you are directed to do the following:-

1. Be present at your respective stations and remain available to support the monitoring exercise;
2. Ensure that PDM beneficiaries are mobilized and readily available for interaction with the monitoring team;
3. Ensure that all PDM records, beneficiary registers, SACCO documents, and related records are updated and readily accessible;
4. Be prepared to guide the monitoring team to any beneficiary or enterprise selected for verification;
5. Ensure that beneficiaries provide accurate information regarding the utilization and impact of the PDM funds;
6. Extend full cooperation to the monitoring team and observe the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.

Failure to be present at your duty station or to provide the required support during this exercise will be treated as negligence of duty and handled accordingly.
